Delete your Pintlore account

In the app

1. Open Pintlore and sign in.
2. Tap Info in the top corner of the Home screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, your private diary entries (ratings, notes and dates), your display name and your group memberships are permanently deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

Can't get into the app?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and diary for you.

What stays

Beers you added to the shared catalog, and the photos attached to them, stay in the catalog because other users rely on them. The catalog doesn't show who added them.

Groups you created stay for the people still in them (ownership passes to the longest-standing member), and are deleted once they're empty. Reports you filed, or that were filed about you, stay in our review records with the link to your account removed. Database backups can keep deleted data for up to about eight weeks until the oldest copies are replaced.
